Return Policy

At Every Good Thing, we want you to absolutely love your order. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer store credit for eligible returns made within 14 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
  • Be free from makeup, deodorant, or perfume stains
  • Have all original tags attached and be in original packaging

How to Start a Return

Email us at contact@shopeverygoodthing.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send it back.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we’re not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Store Credit

After your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you a store credit code for the purchase amount.
Store credit does not expire and can be used toward any future purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

All items are eligible for return unless otherwise noted on the product page or marked as final sale.

 


 

Shipping Information

We currently ship and accept returns within the United States only.
Orders are processed and packaged daily and typically ship within two business days.
Shipping usually takes 1 week to arrive.

If an item is marked as pre-order, the estimated ship date will be listed in the product description.
