Orders are processed and packaged daily (Monday–Friday).
Most orders ship within 2 business days after being placed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Timeframes
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 1 week.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total, shipping method, and location.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on our website or social media.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
If you don’t receive your tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at contact@shopeverygoodthing.com.
Pre-Orders
Any items listed as pre-order will include an estimated ship date in the product description.
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may ship once all items are available unless otherwise noted.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Every Good Thing is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they’ve been shipped.
If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
We’ll do our best to assist, but carrier issues are outside our control.
Shipping Area
We currently ship and accept returns within the United States only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
